Dear Valued Patient: 

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same; our commitment to your safety. 

Infection control has always been a top priority of our practice. Infection control processes are made to keep all of our patients and staff safe. In response to COVID-19 we would like to share our updated office procedures, infection control, and sanitation measure you will see during your next dental appointment. 

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Please take a moment to review our updated procedures and systems.

  • COVID-19 Pre-screening questionnaire
  • Temperature checks on all patients and staff. 
  • HEPA  Air Purifiers in all treatment areas
  • UV- Ultra violet sanitation lamps
  • UV water filtration system
  • N95 grade mask, gowns, face shields, hair & shoe coverings worn by all staff members.
  • Hand sanitizer & hand washing stations - Hand sanitation stations will be available throughout the office for easy use.
  • Magazines, children’s toys and so forth, will no longer be made available.
  • Waiting areas, door handles, surfaces will be wiped and disinfectant aerosols will be used throughout the day to keep all areas of the office sanitized.
  • We will continue to thoroughly disinfect each room between patients with hospital grade disinfectants
  • You may be asked to call or text the office when you arrive and to wait in your car until your room is ready. Only patients being seen are allowed in the building, visitors must wait in the car.
